Customised Training to Suit Individual Leader’s Needs. Prior to the commencement of any coaching or training, a detailed analysis is conducted to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each and every participant, so individual leadership growth areas are identified for each person.
Growth areas are then identified and the person being coached discusses these areas and identifies two or three key areas to focus on. These are then circulated to the executive’s line manager, and both the participant and the coach become accountable for the achievement of these objectives.
